Student Visa (Subclass 500)
From 1st July 2016, prospective international students who want to come to Australia must apply for a Student visa (subclass 500).
A simplified student visa framework (SSVF) has taken place to assess Student visa applications. The students will be evaluated as a regular or streamlined process based on the provider and country of passport.
If the visa applicant falls under the regular category, it is necessary to satisfy English language and financial capacity conditions including the general requirements. If the visa applicant falls under the streamlined class, it is not compulsory to provide the evidence of English language and financial capacity.
Our expert education consultants can also apply and obtain credits for students based on their past education qualifications and extensive job experience through recognition of prior learning (RPL).
The visa Applicants must have the legal proof of their financial capacity. The proof should also clearly show that they are eligible to pay their course fees and living costs in Australia (depending on family members).
