This visa Permits you to establish or develop an existing business in Australia.

Basic Eligibility

  • Applicant needs to be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency.
  • You must be invited to apply for the visa
  • You need to own the required funding or assets

Significant Business History stream

  • This visa is for experienced business owners, to operate a new or existing business in Australia.

This visa permits you: –

  • Establish a new or develop an existing business in Australia
  • To dwell in Australia permanently
  • Do job and study in Australia
  • Entitled to enroll for Medicare (Australia’s public healthcare scheme).
  • Sponsor certain relatives to come to Australia
  • Apply for citizenship (if eligible).
  • Travel to and from Australia for 5 years.

  • Proof of de facto relationship with partner for a minimum of 12 months before applying date.

Family
